This wondefully original 19th century (well over 140 years old) Indian cast iron park bench was made to last. It is heavweight and in beautiful condition, ready to grace any garden or municipal area. Benches from India are found in an extraordinary variety of styles, sizes, colours and shapes reflecting the many cultures that influenced India, and are generally made from iron or teak. This Bench is the perfect feature for a UK garden patio or terrace and is designed for comfort. Our Bench was made in Rajasthan during the late Victorian era. It is a good sized utility piece that can be usefully placed anywhere. This is also a unique one of piece which was made by hand many years ago and has a lovely patina which really shows its age and history.
