Jardinopia always aim to despatch orders on the same day, or within 24 hours if the order is received after office hours. We guarantee to despatch within 48 hours of receipt. If orders are received during a weekend or Public Holiday, they will be despatched on the next available working day. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 UK GMT.
There are rare occasions where it is not always possible to despatch within 48 hours of receipt of an order. In those instances, and if there is an unforeseen delay, we will notify you of the issue and offer our best endeavours to despatch your order as soon as practicable.
How We Deliver
Jardinopia deliver orders in a number of different ways, dependent on your location, and the size and weight of your parcel. For most UK orders, we use a Royal Mail Standard Second Class Small Parcel service and offer a Proof of Postage receipt should you request it. We utilise Parcelforce Next Day Parcel Delivery services for larger parcels and can similarly provide a tracking number should you require it. We do not ordinarily forward either proof of postage or tracking numbers unless specifically requested to do so. We also use Parcelforce and Royal Mail International services when necessary. We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses, unfortunately.
We utilise strong export quality bespoke designed and environmentally sourced packaging for the delivery of all our orders. We try hard to minimise the amount of waste we create and additional packing materials we use, and always try to purchase environmentally friendly and recycled materials wherever possible. Please use your recycling bin for any waste packing you receive.
Delivery costs to the UK start from £3.99 for 48 hour delivery.
Delivery costs to non-UK mainland locations are noted as you make your purchase and are added to your total invoice.
Jardinopia do not accept responsibility for inaccurate data provided to us by the purchaser, such as addresses, postcodes or names. Once we have despatched your order and can provide the evidence noted above, the legal responsibility for the order passes to the purchaser. We have selected what we believe to be the best available delivery partners for our customers. However, if a delivery partner fails in their duty of care or service, Jardinopia accept no responsibility for such failure.
It is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure that access is easy and available at all times for the delivery of orders by our delivery partners to the address given to us by you. We also ask that we are advised of any limitations (such as a PO Box or communal unsecured delivery address) before the order is placed at [email protected] or +44 (0) 1935 826622, whereupon we can advise you of the best course of action to take.
If your order is being delivered by one of our approved partners and it’s overdue, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to advise you of the status on +44 (0) 1935 826622 or [email protected]. Please note though, that the opening hours of our contact centre may be different to those of the supplier so we may not be able to give you an immediate response.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives broken or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or +44 (0) 1935 826622, and provide your Name, Order Number, Delivery Address and a photograph of the breakage or ‘miss-picked’ product.
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately on receipt at [email protected]. You may return your order to us at the following address within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the order within 14 days of you posting it, with the duly completed returns packing slip. Jardinopia offer a full refund for orders received back within 14 days of receipt by us to:

All Returns must be received in their original undamaged packaging and in an unused resaleable condition for a refund to be given. Jardinopia reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. We strongly recommend Returns are sent to us via a tracked or signed for service.
