Fine vintage Indian matching and folding teak wood chairs from cinemas in India, sold as pairs by us. These date from around 1940, and were valued for their portability and ruggedness. They could be easily transported and set up in different locations, making them useful for gatherings, events, and outdoor activities as well as for the cinema. Today these are prized by restaurants, cafes, hospitality event locations and TV/film because of their authenticity, sturdiness and moveability. With much of the original paint still in place, as old pieces there are some historic repairs and age related marks and wear and tear as you would expect. In great original condition.
